Delivery and Substitution Policy

We deliver to following areas:

Brickell, Miami Downtown, Edgewater, Wynwood, Upper East Side, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Aventura, North Miami Beach, Fisher Island, Venetian Islands

Same Day Delivery: If you order before 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or before 12:00 p.m. on weekends in the recipient's time zone, we can deliver the flowers the same day.

Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver orders within four hours. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Times: Normal delivery times are 9 a.m.–5 p.m. daily for orders going to a business and 10 a.m.–6 p.m. for orders going to a residence, hotel, or hospital. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we operate extended hours, and delivery times are 8 a.m.–8 p.m.

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.

Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. Buds & Petals Floral Boutique is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Recipient May Be Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.

Order Cancelation: You can cancel your order if:

  • There are more than 24 hours prior to the selected delivery date.
  • You have placed the order by mistake and want to cancel it immediately (within 15 minutes of placing it).

Substitution Policy

In some instances, the photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase, box, or wrapping that cannot be exactly replicated. Even though the actual bouquet may not exactly match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions, which may affect availability. If this is the case with the arrangement you've selected, our florists will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement are preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
