If an order was delivered on time and you are not satisfied with the quality of the arrangement, then we will be happy to replace the arrangement. To request a replacement, you shall contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. Please, keep in mind that flowers are perishable. Never place flowers in direct sunlight or near any source of excessive heat. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should we not be notified within 24 hours of the original service date.
